When we created MidState, we weren’t just building a gym—we were building a community. From day one, we saw the heart, the potential, and the responsibility to carry that momentum forward while making it our own.
For us, it’s never been about being the strongest or the fastest. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, and cultivating a space where people feel seen, supported, and proud of what they accomplish.

It's in the way our athletes show up for themselves and each other. It’s in the way our kids grow up watching strength in action. It's in every shared WOD, high-five, and laugh.

How it works
Step 1: Reach Out
Fill out our quick contact form, and a member of our team will personally reach out. We’ll chat about your goals, answer any questions, and help you feel confident about taking that first step.
Step 2: Come See the Space
Come visit the gym and get a feel for the space. We'll give you a tour, walk through what to expect, and make sure you're comfortable before jumping into class. No pressure — just people who care about you feeling comfortable.
Step 3: Start Moving
Join a class that fits your schedule and take it at your own pace. It might feel a little intimidating at first — that’s totally normal. This is a judgment-free zone, and we mean it. Keep the ego at home, start light, and if a movement doesn’t feel right, just flag down a coach. We’ll scale it for you. Everyone scales here — even the pros.

Not at all. CrossFit is for everyone — every workout is scalable. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, we’ll meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

We keep it flexible. You can choose a monthly membership or save with an annual plan.
Just visiting? We also offer day passes and week passes if you're looking to drop in temporarily. Whatever your schedule or goals, we’ve got a plan that fits. -
Yes! We offer discounts for first responders, military, students, and couples/family memberships. Just ask us when you come in and we’ll make sure you’re set up with the right rate.

Absolutely. We always welcome drop-ins or first-time guests to come try a class. Just fill out our contact form and we’ll schedule a free intro session that works for you.

Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and show up ready to move. We’ve got the rest covered — equipment, guidance, and support. Class starts right on the scheduled time so make sure to come 10 minutes early to secure parking.

Yes! If you're visiting and want to get a workout in, we’d love to have you. Just shoot us a message ahead of time and we’ll get you booked.

Life happens — we get it. We offer flexible options if you need to pause or cancel. Just let us know in advance and we’ll help you with the process. You can submit a hold or cancel membership at the bottom of our page.
