SICKNESS-WELLNESS-FITNESS SEMINARS
Our Sickness-Wellness-Fitness seminars are coach-led sessions where we talk real-life health, nutrition, and how to make small changes that stick. After the seminar, we hit a workout together so you can put it all into practice.

OUT OF THE BOX
Sometimes we take things out of the gym and into the wild-beach days, lake hangs, group hikes, or just grabbing food together. These are laid-back, no-WOD-required kind of days where the only goal is to enjoy the people you train with.

MIDSTATE GAMES
The MidState Games is our in-house throwdown where you get to lift heavy, move fast, and show off all the work you've put in. It's a mix of strength, conditioning, and full-blown gym hype. Whether you're brand new or a regular on the leaderboard-this is for you.

CROSSFIT OPEN
We do the Open every year, and it's always a blast. You'll complete one workout a week alongside thousands of athletes around the world. We'll judge, cheer, and celebrate every PR-no matter your division or score.
