Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor in the 3rd Annual Raz’ N Health Fitness Festival brought to you by MidState CrossFit, in partnership with Castle Air Museum and Blaker Tarmac. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at The Tarmac Event Venue. Once again, it will be the premier health and wellness event in Merced County featuring a 5K/10K community run, fitness competition, and vendor village.

The goal of the Raz’ N Health Fitness Festival is to provide the community with better knowledge and accessibility to local health resources by way of advocacy, education, and engagement. With that said, our primary focus is to highlight local businesses/vendors that fall under that umbrella.

However, the mission statement of MidState CrossFit states, “We want to be part of the change that looks to bring ‘better’ to our community as well as ourselves. We aspire to be a place where community is not narrowly defined within the walls of our gym.”, and on that note, we will make it a priority to include as many applicants as possible (as long as accommodations allow) as a means to showcase and support you– a member of our wonderful community.

For your consideration before applying, here are some need-to-know details for the event:

  • Date: Saturday, September 12th

  • Time: 7:00am-2:00pm – *suggested arrival time is 6:00am to set up, allowing yourself plenty of time to be ready no later than the event start time of 7:00am. Historically, early birds get the worm.

  • Cost: $60

  • Event ends/breakdown begins at 2pm. If you need to leave before the end of the event, please let Amanda know ahead of time and plan to exit out the back on F st.

  • There will not be vehicle access to your space inside The Tarmac, so please plan accordingly. You may use the F st entrance to unload/load. From Santa Fe, turn onto Airdome Entry, then right on G st, left on Academy, Dr, left on F st.

  • Your 10 X 10 space will be assigned prior to the event and a map will be provided with your location, but please understand that day of changes may occur

  • Your vendor fee is non-refundable after 8/8/26. We understand that life happens, but please be respectful of this deadline, as this will allow waitlisted vendors ample time to plan to attend in your place
