The Quarter Finals & MSCF
The Quarter Finals & MSCF
Quarterfinals for the CrossFit Games are here and the energy is already building.
Daniel Fishman has kicked things off by taking on his first workout, and to say he crushed it would be an understatement.
So what are Quarterfinals, and why do they matter?
Within the CrossFit ecosystem, the CrossFit Games represent the highest level of competition, this year hosted right here in San Jose. We already have 20 MSCF athletes attending to experience it live. But for those competing, Quarterfinals are the next step, the proving ground to earn a spot on the next stage, Semi-Finals, and beyond that, the big game. The CrossFit Games.
This is more than just competition. It’s an opportunity:
To test their fitness against the best in the world
To gather real, tangible data about their capacity
To see exactly where they stand and where they can go
& We are going to do it right with them, Shoulder-to-Shoulder
And honestly… The workouts this year look fun! Challenging, yes but fun! And as always, every athlete will meet these workouts at the appropriate level through smart scaling.
Here’s the Plan
We’re turning Quarterfinals into a full gym experience.
All week, Quarterfinal workouts are our class workouts
We’re maximizing opportunities for everyone to participate
You’ll receive strategy, coaching, and most importantly, a judge.
If you’ve officially signed up:
Let your coach know ASAP
We’ll make sure you have a judge and your workout packet ready
If you haven’t signed up:
You’re still in this
We’ve created workout packets for everyone who did qualify so you can train, test, and experience the week fully
