The Worst Kept Secret in Merced
100 w15th street < 1359 main street
You've probably heard the whispers. You’ve probably had Coach Brian just straight up spill the beans to you. Maybe you've noticed a few meetings happening in the lobby that made you think, “I wonder what is going on in there”. Maybe you've overheard a conversation between coaches. Maybe you've seen the excitement that's been increasingly difficult to hide.
Well, it's time to make it official, we are moving. Not just to a new building, but to Main Street, to the heart of Merced.
This move represents more than a change of address. It's an opportunity to become a cornerstone business in the ongoing revitalization of Downtown Merced. We believe in this community, and we're excited to invest even deeper into its future.
For years, we've helped build stronger people. Now we're taking our place in helping build a stronger city. The Clubhouse is coming to Main Street, and we can't wait to be part of the energy, growth, and transformation happening in the heart of this community.
For nearly two years, we've been working behind the scenes to secure what will become the forever home of MidState CrossFit. Countless conversations, negotiations, site visits, setbacks, and victories have all led us to this moment.
Our current location has been home for more than 12 years. It holds thousands of memories. First workouts. Last reps. PRs. Tears. Laughter. Friendships. Weddings. Businesses launched. Lives changed. The walls may not belong to us, but the memories always will.
And that's exactly why this next chapter is so exciting.
For the first time, we're building toward a space that isn't just where we train, it's where we belong. A place that can better serve our members, our families, our events, our coaches, and our vision for what this community can become over the next decade and beyond.
The truth is that MidState has never been about a building. It's always been about the people. The building simply gives the people a place to gather, to exercise, to perform.
As we look toward a tentative move-in date of August 1st, we're going to need the same thing that has gotten us through every challenge and every opportunity over the last 12 years: Each other.
There will be projects to complete. Equipment to move. Flooring to move. Walls to paint. Problems to solve. There will be plenty of opportunities for every member of this community to leave their fingerprints on the future of the Clubhouse.
More details are coming soon, but for now, know this: The next chapter of MidState CrossFit is being written. And every single one of you is part of the story. Stay tuned. The best is yet to come.
