2026 Bring a Friend Week & The Referral PrograM
MidState CrossFit: Off to an Incredible Start in 2026!
The new year is in full swing at MidState CrossFit, and the energy is electric! Classes are buzzing with excitement, the goals board is filling up, the coaching staff is fully dialed in, and with a new app and streamlined communication channels, we are making fitness more accessible than ever. The pursuit of lifelong health is well underway!
Many of you have been asking, “When is Bring A Friend Week?!” This is our big push into the community. Help us bring a healthy lifestyle to your loved ones, your “friends”, or those in your life who you think would benefit from our style of health, fitness, and fun.
You’ve been consistent, you’ve seen results, and you’ve benefited from having mentors and advocates. You have wanted to share this experience but they are apprehensive or do not believe you that ANYONE can do CrossFit. ANYONE can reach their goals. It just takes someone to help you turn a match into a fire. This is the passing of a torch. Bring A Friend Week 2026 will run from February 2nd to February 6th.
Same Goals, Same Referral Program
While referral discounts are always available to our athletes (thanks to Brandy and Berenice for the most recent referrals!), we’re taking it to the next level for Bring A Friend Week. During this special time of year:
50/50 Referral Deal: For each friend you refer, you’ll receive $50 off your membership, and they’ll get $50 off their first month’s membership.
Longevity Bonus: We’re in this for the long haul! If your referred friend stays with us for 6 months, both you and your friend will receive an additional $50 off your memberships.
Why 6 Months?
Building a lasting habit takes time. While it may take 28 days to establish a habit, it takes consistent effort, attending 4-5 classes per week, learning movements, improving range of motion, making connections with classmates, and truly feeling part of the community, to create meaningful change. By the 180-day mark, athletes are no longer riding motivation, they have established routine, this is what we need to have significant growth and development. This is what they need to build lifelong fitness.
